What exactly gets built in one sprint?
That depends on your business and what you need most. During the Sprint Kickoff™ call, we map out the scope together — so you know exactly what’s getting built before I start.
Do I need to already use Notion?
Nope. Whether you’re starting from scratch or you have a messy existing setup, we’ll work with what you’ve got and build from there.
What do I need to provide?
You’ll fill out a short intake questionnaire before the kickoff call — it’s designed to help you pull together everything I need, no matter where it currently lives. (Spoiler: it’s usually everywhere.) You don’t need to have anything in Notion yet. Just come ready to talk through your workflow, your goals, and what’s not working. After that, the build is on me.
What happens after the sprint?
You get a recorded walkthrough, written notes, a clear action plan, and a private Notion dashboard to track everything. Plus, you get 30 days of async email support after handoff — so as you start using your new system and questions come up, you can just email me. After that, we can talk through what ongoing support might look like for you.
What if I need more than one sprint?
Some businesses need more than one focused week to build everything out. We can discuss a phased approach — each sprint builds on the last.
